Bidens move won't be as successful, but it will dampen the inflationary oil prices.

The point that you miss is if you were going to attack the United States...while our oil reserves are down would be a good time to do it...these reserves are not to be messed with...plus all OPEC has to do is to cut back further to compensate for our reserve oil being released...its a stupid way to try and lower gas costs...it was when Bill did it and it is today....drill baby drill...that's the way to lower fuel costs...energy independence is what we need and what Biden ruined...

Production has not come back because the oil companies have no good reason to produce more, why would they when they are seeing nice high oil price without the added expense of producing more oil.

American oil production went down under Trump (2020), just like oil exports to China went up under Trump (2020)

Under Trump production went down, and exports went up. As was posted, under Biden production went up 14%. But that wasn't enough to keep up with the economy booming as fast as Biden pushed it.
