Corporations don’t pay taxes, Dummy. They pass them along to consumers.

so, unless there is nobody making less than $400,000 per year doing any business with any corporation, Quid Pro Joe is raising taxes on people he promised he wouldn’t raise taxes on.

More often they pass them along to the lower income people. You are correct to say they usually don't pay taxes. That's what Joe is gonna change.
