Biden says he's staying in the race, but Pelosi says he still "has to make that decision"

Does Nancy know something we don't? Or is she so out of the loop, she's unaware of the recent declarations Biden has made? Or did she forget? She sounds a little slurry, too.

Could this just be a symptom of a government run by senile octogenarians?

Anyway, Nancy doesn't sound enthusiastic about president Silver Alert's chances.
