Trump "won" in 2016 because Hillary was subjected to a quarter-century of character assassination.

Hilary lost because she was not liked or trusted and, just like Harris who came later, she had no platform other than keeping Trump out of office.

The Democrat party as a whole has had no platform other than keeping Trump out of office for the last nine years.

He won in 2024 because Harris simply didn't have the time to organize an effective campaign. You can't switch out candidates in the middle of a campaign and expect to win.

She avoided doing press conferences and interviews right up until the virtual eve of the election and this reflected horribly on her.

And switching out candidates four months before the election was one of the contributing factors to her loss. Not so much because of her but because voters lost confidence in the party. They ran a feeble-minded old man who mumbled and garbled his way through three and a half years of his presidency while the party pretended he wasn’t. Then when it slapped them in the face after the debate and they knew they couldn’t hide it anymore, they chose to replace him with a cackling hyena who hadn’t accomplished diddly shit in four years as VP.

None of this excuses Americans voting for someone that is manifestly unfit for the presidency.

No excuse is necessary. Americans have the right to vote for who they wish.
