Biden readies more cages for kids at the border

Remember when the left's favorite puppet Joe Biden and his trusty handler Kamala were against keeping kids in cages? Now it doesn't seem to be an issue as long as they're THEIR cages. Beijing Biden has re-created the circumstances that led to thousands of unaccompanied minors to surge the border and is responsible for the fact that those kids are being kept in the exact same camp, with the exact same level of care, that they lost their minds over during the 4 week period that the Trump administration used the facility. I'm certain that everyone on the board that was so upset about this in 2019 will certainly speak out against this now or at least admit the hypocrisy. Right?

"Dozens of migrant teens boarded vans Monday for the trip down a dusty road to a former man camp for oil field workers here, the first migrant child facility opened under the Biden administration," the Post reported from Carrizo Springs, Texas. "The emergency facility — a vestige of the Trump administration that was open for only a month in summer 2019 — is being reactivated to hold up to 700 children ages 13 to 17."

The Post continued, "Government officials say the camp is needed because facilities for migrant children have had to cut capacity by nearly half because of the coronavirus pandemic. At the same time, the number of unaccompanied children crossing the border has been inching up, with January reporting the highest total — more than 5,700 apprehensions — for that month in recent years."

The headline, which read "First migrant facility for children opens under Biden," appeared far more charitable than the coverage the Post gave to former President Trump, particularly during the 2018 migrant crisis when the administration enforced its child-separation policy among migrant families.

These are not cages....they are metal, mesh enclosures.......big difference...

THESE are "facilities". That's very different from cages . . . even though it's the exact same place.

That's my fear. Biden will place the illegally here kids in cages to await the busses that will take them to relatives or foster placments where they will receive free educations and healthcare until they graduate from free college and want jobs.

There aren't any cages, most of these kids who snuck in alone have relatives in the US they were trying to get to, and the gov will place the kids with them until their trials... I wish we could just send them home on the bus, too.

Their cages, whether there for months, weeks, or days. The hypocrisy and attempt to spin the difference between what Barry did / Biden is doing is amazing.

The media damn-well believed Barry's cages were 'CAGES' - they used photos of BARRY's cages in an attempted attackon Trump for having 'cages'. Now Democrats, Fake News Media, and snowflkakes are attempting to defend Biden by lying, denying, spinning, and spreading propaganda.
