Is it wise of Biden to authorize Ukrainian use of long range U.S. missiles to strike inside Russia under all the circumstances?

Also, would it be more appropriate to defer such crucial decisions for the second Trump term?

Stupid idea on Biden's part, so I see three possibilities here:

1. It will make it harder for Trump to work out a peace deal.

2. It will make it easier for Trump to work out a peace deal.

3. Biden causes WW3 and billions of people die.

Given Joe's penchant for stupidity, I'd lean toward number three. After all, it was Barack Obama who said "Don't underestimate Joe's ability to **** things up", which he has consistently done for over 50 years.

How long does it take the missiles to be there and ready for firing by fully trained personnel ?
This same question applies also to the UK and France who presumably will shortly now make the same type of announcement .

If all of this cannot start quite a bit less than two months from now then this is likely a non starter -- assuming Trump stopped it immediately he assumed power .

I am thinking that this looks a stupid move unless "NATO" can begin before the New Year , say . At latest.
And even then it looks strategically like complete stupidity which will reflect horribly on Piss Pot's backers .
