One. Orders to attack a state and opening fire on its citizens is not a legitimate order.

Two. Militaries have been known to turn on its leaders when illegitimate orders are given.

Three. This regime is in violation of ARTICLE IV. SECTION 4 of the Constitution. Any military obligated to defend the Constitution would be obligated to stop the regime's unconstitutional acts.
