Why?
Do you really think you'd be better off on your own?
In this modern age of instantaneous communication and high-speed travel and weapons of mass destruction?
This isn't 1861.
Biden can't deploy the Texas National Guard anyplace. They are state under the control of the governor.
It would be interesting because the military is filled with those that despise Biden and the regime. The country is filled with former military that Biden fucked over in the military purge. Texas is stuffed with armed citizens. There are armed militia units all over the country that would pincer whatever Biden scraped together. This is why democrats are so anxious to stuff the military full of illegals. Americans aren't their countrymen.
The same place we find justification for sanctuary cities and states.Curious. Where in the Constitution is there a provision to ignore federal law?
"Legitimate" is the problem. How legitimate is an order to attack fellow Americans in America?Military is filled with those who serve the country and understand the Constitution.
Your suggestion that someone is going to ignore legitimate order of the POTUS is nonsense.
Maybe if we got the 8 handouts and the equivalent of at least 500 trillion dollars in economic help whites were given in the last century you could say what you said in this post.
Federal powers vs state powers
Texas loses
Military is filled with those who serve the country and understand the Constitution.
Your suggestion that someone is going to ignore legitimate order of the POTUS is nonsense.
I believe that if Quid Pro tried it, the military would fracture. Some would robotically obey, some would refuse and stay home, and some would join the targets and actively resist. It would be the height of foolishness for him to try and would cement his legacy. You are sorely mistaken if you think our military will attack a US state for defending its border with a foreign country. You need a couple more generations of brainwashing to get away with that.
Yes the state guard. If you are referring to the state guard, most states have a variation of the same. Ours are highly trained at handing out pbj sandwiches after hurricanes.
Oh Jefferson Davis should know betterNo they don’t
One. Orders to attack a state and opening fire on its citizens is not a legitimate order.Military is filled with those who serve the country and understand the Constitution.
Your suggestion that someone is going to ignore legitimate order of the POTUS is nonsense.
“The President shall be Commander in Chief . . . of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States. ”This Commander-in-Chief Clause gives the President the supreme right of command of the nation’s military forces. These forces included not only the regular army and navy, but also the militia when called forth for national purposes. The Framers had no conception of modern reserve forces; they expected that the militia would be the nation’s primary military reserve. When called into federal service, the President would have the same right of command over the militia that he had over the regular army and navy.Biden can't deploy the Texas National Guard anyplace. They are state under the control of the governor.

The Texas State Guard is different than the Texas National Guard.Oh Jefferson Davis should know better
Texas State Guard - Texas Military Department
The mission of the Texas State Guard (TXSG) is to provide mission-ready military forces to assist state and local authorities in times of state emergencies.tmd.texas.gov
What do you call it when the military stops following orders and instead turns on those leaders. There's a term for that.“The President shall be Commander in Chief . . . of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States. ”This Commander-in-Chief Clause gives the President the supreme right of command of the nation’s military forces. Take it to court already.
It's an army of asylum seeking bus boys, lawn workers, farm hands and hard working general laborers.Texas is not being invaded. Name the Army invading Texas. Just because you idiots call mass migration an invasion doesn't make it one.
A Neo-GOP pipedream? What do you call it when the military stops following orders and instead turns on those leaders. There's a term for that.
