There is no denying Joe has faded and ideally yes, he needs to pass the torch.
However what is most glaring obvious about Biden's recent public foibles is how completely pathetic and unfit for the job his convicted felon opponent is.
Even with his apparent cognitive (dementia?) challenges when Biden speaks he STILL speaks in detail about REAL things...policies, numbers, (usually) names...although he blew that one recently.
At any rate when Joe speaks it is clear he's got a LOT of detailed information in his brain but is having difficulty accessing and articulating it.
This is not the case when convicted felon Trump speaks in public
it's a train wreck of disjointed, free-flowing, stream of consciousness bullshit. No substance. No real command of any issues or numbers. No real details about policy or anything else.
Just greivance and revenge and incessant whining about having to finally face justice and stupid shit like his snake story (that he occasionally even screws up despite having told it hundreds of times), and calling Hannibal Lector an "actor" and ruminating about shark attacks and electrocution by boat.
