Well Ukraine is in need of front line soldier's, so eating bullet's is no different than drinking toxic water or breathing toxic air I guess. Eating bullet's is at least a little bit more quicker than a slow cancerous death + you'll get a pension.

When you've crossed over into mental la la land, we shouldn't have to ask anymore, otherwise we just lawfully force them into the shelter's and off of the streets where they are evaluated and separated by mental condition's. They should be separated into categories be it either aggressive or meek. The violent aggressive one's go to the more restraining type facilities, while the meek and not so far gone get put on a path to being fully rehabilitated.
