Biden in stammering a yammering on CNN. It's obvious Biden had the questions in advance because you see him looking down reading off notes from time to time. Cooper isn't challenging Joe on any of his responses and correcting Joe when he get's his facts wrong, or when he suggests doing things that have already been done by TRUMP. And just going from some of the questions so far it seems Bill Gates has replaced Dr. Fauci as being an expert on what the government should be doing...
