It's good in that they want to advance equal rights. This ammendment was actually passed back in 1972. Virginai was the 38th state tk ratify it in 2020. It's just been sitting. Biden spoke out of turn, It needs to be formally announced by the archivist before it becomes fully a part of the cotus, but I think that's all it lacks.

It's pretty much a done deal, just waiting on the archivist.

My point was, the ammendment, in today's world, is redundant, since sex is ready a protected class.

Here's a suggestion: Trump's first tweet should change the Constitution that presidents cannot pardon people for crimes they haven't been convicted of nor pardoned for periods of time, nor pardon their own family, but ex-presidents can be held accountable for really BAD decisions that greatly hurt their own country.
