The infuriating thing is they could bring down prices starting now if they actually wanted to.
Renounce the war on fossil fuels, fast track refinery expansion & admit we are decades away from green energy capacities taking any lead in energy production. That will stabilize oil futures & start the decline.
Gas stations set prices in part based on oil future prices. By locking in lower prices with a futures contract for less expensive oil, they can sell the product cheaper.
Bottom line, when progbots say the dementia man can't do anything, that's not true. At all
