Nothing biden does surprises me....as Sen. Graham said everything biden touches turns to crap....but this is really beyond the pale.

In fact this is worthy of impeachment....though I really doubt Biden knew what he was doing...someone said do this and he did it being too far gone mentally to understand what he was doing.
