Biden Declares US Going Through Forced Transition From Fossil Fuel To Green Energy

Why do you feel that?

If we switched to EVs, then all the power grid would be insufficient.
Most homes were built before 1970 have only a 60 amp services.
While homes were built with more like 100 amp service after that, EVs would require all homes to switch over to at least 200 amp service. EVs would more than double the electrical use.
And that does not even include all the additional copper needed for the new power plants, the EVs electric motors, etc.
Conventional ICE cars use about 30 lbs of copper, but EVs use more like 90 lbs.

EVs greatly increase the use and price of oil, coal, and gas.
EVs are powered by fossil fuel, mostly coal in the US.
No they don't. You just got done stating that EVs are powered by coal, not oil. Coal is far more abundant than oil. At current rates of consumption we have enough for 500 years.

The power for EVs would mostly be consumed at night with little appreciable increase in the amount of power consumed per unit if time.

Biden said he was going to end fossil fuels. He promised.

Was he lying again?
Wow, an American politician pandering to the crowd. I'm totally not shocked. How many times did the Trumpybear said Mexico was going to pay for the wall?

The leftist , with their own eyes , saw the video of Obama saying gas prices will necessarily skyrocket to cut dependence on fossil fuels yet they still blame the high prices on anybody or anything but leftism.
Mental disorder indeed.

Obama said that his cap-and-trade proposal if passed would be costly to power plants and to consumers back in 2008. They didn't pass.

Revelation 6:5-6 (NASB)

5" When He broke the third seal, I heard the third living creature saying, “Come.” I looked, and behold, a black horse; and he who sat on it had a pair of scales in his hand. 6 And I heard something like a voice in the center of the four living creatures saying, “A quart of wheat for a day's wages, and three quarts of barley for a day's wages; and do not damage the oil and the wine.

Its true we have about 500 years worth of coal, but I was arguing against those who claim going with EVs would be cleaner.
Coal powered EVs are not cleaner.
Actually, the most efficient would be to use the coal to make gasoline, because then you don't have to carry around or waste so much trying to charge heavy batteries.

That is an interesting point.
Might work.
But we would still need a whole lot of lithium, copper, and rare earth elements, as well as still be burning fossil fuel to recharge all those lithium batteries.

The price of oil may go down once EVs are in widespread use.

The widespread use of EVs will increase the price of oil even more because EVs are going to increase fossil fuel consumption for more electricity production.
EVs do not get as good of mileage as most ICE vehicles.
An EV is around 29 mpg equivalent in emissions.
Most cars beat that these days.

Yes hydrogen fuel does reduce CO2., compared to using carbon based fuel.
When you burn hydrogen, you combine hydrogen and oxygen, to result in water.
There are no carbon products from the combustion hydrogen.

Where were you getting that nifty hydrogen?
