agreed. all this digging up bones crap is bullshit on either side. for her LSAT, i don't care IF not a requirement. if someone feels it should be, change the process and stop forcing people to do things "out of normal" simply because you hate them.The only issue that should ever come up in a confirmation process.
look at her rulings, did she hold to law vs. social justice, and were any rulings overturned for overstepping boundaries. i only care about her on the bench performance and if that is SCOTUS worthy. the judges i can have an issue with are the ones who bypass our laws and try to "balance" things out according to their personal views, not our laws.
you want a different outcome, change our laws, don't ignore or bypass them.
