Oct 13, 2020 — As a businessman, Donald Trump ran 6 businesses that declared bankruptcy because they couldn't pay their bills. As the president running for ...

In the 1980s, Trump was a swashbuckling real-estate investor who bet big on the rise of Atlantic City after New Jersey legalized gambling there.
He acquired three casinos that by 1991 couldn’t pay their debts. The Taj Mahal declared bankruptcy in 1991, the Trump Plaza and the Trump Castle in 1992.
Lenders restructured the debt rather than liquidate and Trump put his casino holdings into a new company that went bankrupt in 2004. The company that emerged from that restructuring declared bankruptcy in 2009. Trump’s 6th bankruptcy was the Plaza Hotel, which he bought in 1988. It went bankrupt by 1992.
/----/ First Trump made $6 billion on his network DJT; this morning he made another $6 billion with his new crypto, $TRUMP. Not bad for a guy with a few failed casinos.
By mid-morning Saturday, $TRUMP had reached a market capitalization of nearly $6 billion,

The only people who hate Joe Biden are Trumpsters, who have been conditioned to exist in a purely binary, Good-or-Evil state.

He's just another politician. Standard issue. They're a dime a dozen. Hate is a destructive, wasteful emotion. Calm down.
 But Trump, OTOH, now that's a different story, right stupid?

Oh that's coming....
When a country demeans and tries to derail its most successful people and makes excuses for its failures, it’s doomed. That was all part of O’Biden goal.

We need to stop putting mediocre kids in the classes with the bright kids. That way we can put the best and brightest in more advanced classes so they won’t be held back by the dumber kids (and the illegals who don’t speak English). That’s how it was when I was a kid, and it was a GOOD thing. We did all sorts of advanced things that kids in regular classes didn’t do.

*My parents never told me there was tracking, so in the early years I didn’t even know I was in the “bright” class. By around 8 or 9, though, I saw the pattern.

The grift continues.
They aren't buying Trump's crap, just to buy Trump's crap.
They will want their return on the "investment", and just like his last term, his cult and the rest of Americans will pay for it.
When it does go south, Trump will blame, Biden, Obama, Clinton, Carter or the "Deep State".
Trump's cult will believe him...............AGAIN.

/----/ More negativity from the TDS naysayers and doom and gloomers. The same folks who said DJT would collapse to $0 within a few months (currently at $40).
So buy one $trump coin just in case you're wrong.

Looks like another 4 years of self loathing and blame shifting, what's new?

That means some will be relegated to lower wage jobs during their working lives. That's called a horrible life in america

As my Dad, who grew up in the depression, said, “The world needs ditch diggers too.”

Not really.
What do you mean "not really"? The trades today are in severe shortage. Leaving quality contractors jobs that should take 60 days, from start to finish, over 6 months to complete. And, that's IF you can find a contractor to do the job, and complete it properly.

Not every high school kid is cut out for a college degree. That will always be the case. And instead of feeding the greed among our University system, we should be steering those not cut out for college, into the trades.

So we should hold back the high achievers? Are you a liberal, who wants “equity,” even if that means that best and brightest can’t reach their potential? Good way for the country to falter.

As far as average kids in mediocre classes, what’s stoping them from getting vocational training after high school and learning a trade? They won’t be relegated to low wages of the unskilled.

Yup. What has been happening is that steering mediocre kids to college just dumbs it down for everyone. I have been SHOCKED to work with recent college grads, only to learn they cannot even format a grammatically correct sentence.

It wasn’t like that when I got out of college 40 years ago.

That's a fact...Another area that we screwed up education was classes in High School like metal shop, body shop, and carpentry shop...All of this done away with in the push to feed the University machine...Sad really.

Nope. But all kids should be educated so they don't end up in entry level positions as those emoyers tend to badly mistreat their workers.

Then why have you been so focused on bullshit like DEI, instead of the basics?
