First it was the "sloped roof" and "that was the local police responsibility'. Now it is being reported that Trump's Secret Service detail BEGGED for additional support for President Trump's protection detail for TWO YEARS. Those requests were summarily refused by Biden Administration officials...the same officials who denied LAST WEEK that there were ANY requests for additional resources...

Written article from CNN for corroboration...

The Democrat Party wanted to remove all protection from President Trump- they proposed to eliminate Secret Service with a law proposed by Democrat Bennie Thompson

Read on X Cheatle resigning on Monday. We'll see.
The Biden Administration will absolutely do the right thing...

...as soon as the exploration of every other avenue is totally exhausted.

That isnt what the article said. It said there was no request at the Butler rally that was denied and in fact they beefed up security due to the Iranian rumor. What was said was that over the 2 years there were requests that were not filled but that they solved with local police and not Secret Service due to staffing levels.

Bad execution wasn’t a resource issue.. seemed like a management issue.

Jesus. They talk about Trump lies. They even count the number of Trump lies. When it comes to them, the number is too high to even count. In fact, it was years ago the Washington Post decided to quit fact checking Biden.

What is the lie? They clarified the response to show their statement was accurate for the Butler rally but that if you went back to the beginning of time there were some requests that weren’t filled which obviously was the right call since he didn’t get shot at any of those other moments.

Not having the personnel to secure a building 130 yards away is a resource issue.

No ifs, and, or buts.

If you've been paying attention, their responses keep changing.

NY Post:

Outrage at the security lapse led the federal security agency to up Trump’s detail to the same level as President Biden, The Post exclusively reported earlier this week.

The Secret Service initially denied claims that someone from Trump’s camp asked for more help ahead of the deadly shooting as “absolutely false.”

Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle, who has faced mounting pressure to resign in the last week, doubled down on the denials in a meeting with Trump campaign leadership in Wisconsin on Monday, the insiders said.

After massive holes in the ex-president’s security team were revealed, however, the agency has changed its tune.

Just for clarification...every private in the US Army memorizes the maximum effective range of the M16 in Basic Training. It's 800 meters. I memorized it 25 years ago and don't have to look it up...but here is the corroboration...

Did you read the Senator Josh Hawley whistleblower report that many on the protection detail on July 13th weren't actual Secret Service Agents?

Maybe they had the personnel but the DEI hires shouldn't have to be up on a hot roof with a large slant. Wouldn't want them to be in a dangerous situation.
