Bi partisian criminal bill signed today!

I am not exactly sure what is in it. I searched for a copy but did not find it yet. I hope it is well written but for now I am just happy our government worked on something together and accomplished it for a change. All should be happy from President to Congress. For once there is some thing positive to be said about all involved. What are your thoughts?

I hope we see more. I plan to hoist a lager for the good work today! I do not know what the future brings with all that is in the news cycle at the moment but this gives me some hope!
