They changed the New York statute of limitations on a misdemeanor...then charged it as a felony...with only Donald Trump being targeted. It was always going to be overturned on appeal but that wasn't why the left brought the suit. They've always known that the charge was bullshit but they went ahead with it because they tied Trump up in court so he couldn't campaign.
The point is, It was not Letitia James that brought that charge, it was Alvin Bragg and his was a criminal case and I believe the case against Trump with Letitia James was a Civil suit??
She's an actual, real criminal.
