He upheld most of the law in 2012, in an opinion joined by the liberals on the Court. The four other conservative justices at the time, including Scalia, dissented. One small error...he didn't think the framework of obamacare was Constitutional.....he changed it to fit what he needed to vote yes.....he voted yes on obamacare because he didn't want to be accused of being a conservative partisan.....he needs to go....
