Best News Anchors who have passed away....

There are many favorite news anchors that I liked. To me, this was back when news was reported professionally.

The best we have EVER had out there was Tony Snow. I honestly cried when he died far too young at age 53 in 2008.

It really affected me when Peter Jennings died of Lung Cancer. He stayed on TV as long as he could. So many favs when I was a kid, All are gone now...

I met Brian Williams (leftie NBC news host a long time ago) in person on my birthday in 2002. He was down to cover hurricane Lili. I had just let Vince McMahon's airplane go with Stephanie as Vince wanted to get his plane out of the way before the hurricane hit (met them both right before I met Brian) and I turned around from Vince's airplane taxiing out and I could see a shape standing at the door to go out onto the ramp. It's a secure ramp and you must have an ID card to get out, so I opened the door and Brian Williams is standing there, all alone, in my lobby, asking me for driving directions. I was like Wow, within 30 minutes I meet Vince McMahon, Stephanie and Brian Williams. All on my birthday, to.
