The idiots are already trying to make it about gun control instead of toning down their violent rhetoric.

One claimed that Virginia has no background checks and that there should have been a ban on concealed carry.

First, there are background checks. There is no registration but then having people send a check to get registered stops nothing even if they do comply. Also, the guy is so incredibly stupid for thinking there is such a thing as concealed carry for rifles. Where the hell would you hide them?

With hand guns, most criminals conceal them. They are likely obtained illegally. Disarming potential victims is always the left's answer. The fringe element of their own party is responsible, not guns.

Also, if you had bothered to watch the news reports and see where the shooting took place, you would see it was a PRACTICE FIELD not a stadium, and there was no way to limit access to the PRACTICE FIELD.
