Secretary of State John Kerry predicted Wednesday night that President Obama would be seen as one of the most "significant" presidents in the history of America.
"President Obama is going to go down in history as one of America's significant and most accomplished chief executives," Kerry said in a speech at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs.
"And, lucky guy, he's only in his 50s, he's got a lot more to contribute to the country," Kerry said. "So we're all lucky."
