Man, saying "crimson" instead of "red", "fathers" instead of "parents" and "arse" instead of "ass" doesn't make your speech "absolutely different language". The actual difference between "Moscow's Russian" and even "Lvivska gvara" (say nothing about "Derjavna mova") is lesser than the difference between American English and Indian English.
In practical terms Ukrainian and Belorussian are dialects of Russian, well inside the variety of Russian dialects.

Belorussian, i.e. "White Russian" is still Russian, isn't it? As Lukashenko said, "Belorussian (White Russian) is a Russian with quality mark". A bit racist, of course, but that's how many people (especially in Belarus) think.

Didn't you watch that video by yourself? "Belarus" means "White Russia". And it means it at least since XVII century.
Sure, the "color and size division" of Russia is quite conditional and politically motivated, but it's clear that the difference between Great Russians, Small Russians, New Russians, White Russians, Red Russians (and not, historical Red Russia in it's narrow meaning is not Ukraine nowadays, but a part of Poland), Black Russians, Yellow Russians, Idontknowwhatelse Russians is much less significant than the difference between any of those Russians and Non-Russian Slavic (Speaking) people, say nothing about difference between Slavic (speacking) and Non-slavic (Nemtsy - dull, mute, speechless, German) peoples.
