Before announcing stupid policy

Inefficient NOW. Look at Europe. Not enough green energy, screwed by Russia. Think about it.

Until some MAJOR technological breakthrough occurs "green" energy is ALWAYS going to be less efficient, and more damaging to the environment than fossil fuels.

But, because you are a racist piece of shit, and it is only brown people dying in far off country's from the toxic mess "green energy" creates, you don't give a tinkers damn.

This is what happens when people with no business experience make policy, you get pie in the sky raving lunacy.

Maybe they should consult those in the business
But one miner warned that when it comes to the transportation sector, domestic resources for lithium, the most critical mineral used for electric vehicle production, may not be sufficient enough to meet some of the most ambitious targets. The Biden administration, for instance, aims to slash the sale of gas-powered vehicles to 50% of all new purchases by 2030.

“Yes, we’ll [eventually] have enough, but not by that time,” Keith Phillips, CEO of Piedmont Lithium (PLL), said in an interview with Yahoo Finance Live (video above). “There’s going to be a real crunch to get the material. We don’t have enough in the world to turn that much [lithium] production in the world by 2035.”
Also many do not realize this but China controls the Lithium supply:

So let understand this isn’t going to work out the way the left believe it will!

That just because something is inefficient now, it might not be in the future.
Also what is inefficient now, might be the thing that keeps your country going in the future.
The giant inefficient green energy, renewable energy experiment has already proven that is will not work in the future.

No amount of technology can compensate for the sun going down and the wind not blowing.

In order to be efficient, solar farms and wind turbines must become smaller, use less natural resources. Certainly the trend has been an exponential rate of expansion. You think that will be reversed and wind and solar will suddenly take less land and resources to build than a nuclear reactor?

Not at all.
Remember how inefficient things were in the past? Now they're more efficient. The more we put technology to work, the better things get.
The problem is we're coming up to 8 billion population by the end of this year. That's 11 years between 1 billion population. That's 11 years to add the 1804 population to the world.
We're running out of all kinds of things. Look at the war in the Ukraine. Russia has the oil, the gas, they can do what they like. They want Ukraine's agricultural land, fine they can take it.
All the countries that don't have enough oil production at home to cover the domestic use will have to find other sources.

52 countries produce more oil than they consume.

The US is last on the list, it needs more oil than any other country. The US needs green energy more than any other country in order to stop other countries controlling its internal policies.
China is second from bottom.
India is third from bottom.
Japan, South Korea, Germany, Philippines, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, France...

You're looking at the most powerful country, second most powerful country and the EU which is probably third, plus US allies.
After what Trump did to annoy the EU, Japan, South Korea etc, he made OPEC countries and Russia, much stronger.

The more we put technology to work, the better things get.
Why does that not apply to green/renewable energy.

The democrats, the green industry, all the advocacy groups all state the cost is $100 trillion, they admit they must destroy millions of acres of land, literally miles at a time.

It does not work at night? That goes for Wind as well, many nights are extremely calm.

Technology? A huge step backwards with no industry ever receiving as much money from government.

Technology and Green Energy? There is nothing that will ever develop to make green energy efficient.

Technology? More research and development than anything else in the world, and it still sucks!

Technology, "wind turbine dont work, must make 1000' tall"

Technology, "solar must be placed everywhere, on the roads on the houses in the farmland in nature, and even then we must float them in the ocean and put them in space.

There is really nobody dumber than those who let the Democrats get rich dictating we must use this crap.

UH? no, I dont remember how inefficient things were in the past, go ahead and educate us.

Cars used to go 12 miles per hour, not they go a hundred miles an hour.

The Ford Model T got between 13-25 MPG, at like 12 MPH

Now we've got cars doing 28 MPG at 70 MPH.
