I was alone and i have to say...the possibility of running up on a bear, or a cougar running up on me, did cross my mind. I didn't bring snoop because these are horse trails, and he gets loud and loopy around livestock.

I only saw human, dog, deer and horse tracks though

I love the ocean pictures, very pretty.

They opened crab season a couple of days ago, the little bump in the middle of the horizon/sun is a crab boat cruising out. I was driving down from Newport the night it opened, there were so many boats out the ocean was lit up like a town lol.

My mom was raised about ten miles east of that bridge, in the Coastal mtn range. We split our time between the coast, and the open skies of eastern Oregon.
