Alex Pretti still didn't deserve to die, but this changes the context of the shooting because now he is a known violent agitator WITH a gun and that changes the mindset of law enforcement in that moment. It also puts to rest the media narrative of a peaceful nurse being murdered.

In this video from January 13th, he was doing everything on camera except "legal observing." This is aggravated assault, obstruction, destruction of government property, vandalism, battery, etc.

Like Renee Good, he had no business being there and involving himself in the legal actions of law enforcement and as a result he's now dead. Like Renee Good, he was not a mentally stable individual. Mentally well people simply don't engage in conduct like this.

None of this stopped the media, of course, from running with the narrative they wanted.

Democrats calling for violence against ICE need to be held accountable for attacks they inspire.

If democrats regain power they plan to fly back all the gang bangers Trump deported, give them large tax payer paid settlements, and turn them loose on Americans.

Democrats = traitors

Yawning. Yep he's a repeat offender. Should already have been jailed. But MINN dirty.

If he was brought to justice then, he would be alive today.

Yep. Violent agitator. With violent destruction of government operated, possibly government owned vehicle property, which taxpayers will have to pay to repair, why was he not arrested charged and booked, right then? They could not spare the time to do the paperwork? Not everything in law enforcement is beat down and show force. Sometimes, you have to do the paperwork, whether paperwork is sexy or not.

Great question

Blowing all the Dems lies and shams about this lunatic to bits.
As always.

Video shows this psycho going after an ICE vehicle thinking he can do harm to them by vandalizing a government vehicle.
What a deranged psychopath.

This makes the 3rd time I've seen a video of him using his psychopathic lunatic powers to go after either ICE agents or their vehicles.
You can find the videos online and on Youtube.

HEY!!!! I posted my video first..............why was my thread removed and stuck in someone elses?? Their should have been stuck in mine.
I'm just saying.......

Pretti committed a federal felony by vandalizing an ICE vehicle while carrying a concealed weapon.

"AI Overview

Vandalizing a federal vehicle is a felony under most circumstances, and committing any felony while carrying a legal concealed weapon will result in additional, severe charges.

Vandalism of a Federal Vehicle
Vandalism of a federal vehicle is prosecuted under federal law, specifically 18 U.S.C. § 1361, which addresses the destruction of government property.
  • If the damage is valued at over $1,000, the offense is a felony, punishable by a fine and/or up to ten years in federal prison.
  • If the damage is valued at or under $1,000, the offense is a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine and/or up to one year in federal prison.
Given the repair costs for modern vehicles, it is highly likely that any significant vandalism would exceed the $1,000 threshold and thus be charged as a felony.

Carrying a Concealed Weapon

The legality of your concealed weapon permit is irrelevant if you are committing a crime, especially a felony. While a permit allows for lawful carrying in a normal context, committing a crime with a firearm present almost always leads to additional, severe criminal charges. The presence of the weapon during the commission of a felony can:
  • Enhance the primary charge: The act of using or even possessing a weapon during a crime can significantly increase the penalties for the underlying vandalism charge.
  • Result in separate weapons charges: You will face separate federal and potentially state charges related to the possession of a firearm during the commission of a federal offense.
  • Lead to mandatory minimum sentences: Federal weapons charges often carry mandatory minimum prison sentences, significantly increasing the total potential incarceration time.
In summary, the act of vandalizing a federal vehicle is likely a felony on its own, and the presence of a concealed weapon would drastically escalate the legal consequences."

Wow....look at all the lefties clammoring to defend him.

I agree, I don't like that he is dead. But, the constant harping on how bad ICE is has reached the point where their credibility is measure in single digit angstroms.

That's a good question. Why didn't they arrest him right then and there? There's a lot more paperwork in a shooting than a simple arrest.

Alex Pretti still didn't deserve to die,

I've seen people wanting to die who didn't try so hard to get shot as that asshole. I wish I were 20 years younger and there; if ICE would hold him, I would have gladly beat the living crap out of him. That bum should have been arrested and thrown in jail that day with a broken jaw, broken nose, a concussion, along with a few broken ribs.

People doing crap like that deserve about six weeks convalence in a body cast--- then sent the bill.

But where were the Minneapolis police? Had THEY been there that day doing their jobs controlling these animals, Pretti probably wouldn't have died a week later.

Pretti sure didn't impress me there as a guy with a broken rib, so that suggests that yes, Pretti must have had at least a THIRD altercation. Either that or he was hopped up on something that he didn't feel the pain.

I hear hospitals are full of stuff like that.

Well, we won't have him to kick around anymore.

Yawn.

Well, we won't have him to kick around anymore.

Bring me the body, I'd be willing to spit on it a few times.

(There I go sounding very uncompassionate--- truth is that I've never seen any other living thing other than white progressives who acted so vile).

I'm right behind you.
I have no tolerance for that kind of crap.
