In fact, I'd say it would probably be easier to define this conspiracy in terms of who is NOT a part of it. Just make a list of the innocent, and everyone else is in on the scam.

Yeah,and if only you were brave enough to actually look at the emails and see how the collusion exists between the BBC and Andrew Revkin at the NYT shaped up you would learn something. But no, instead you meekly follow your masters and jump when they tell you to.

A conspiracy theory becomes less credible in proportion to the number of participants necessary to make the conspiracy work. That's why a conspiracy to kill President Kennedy consisting of Lee Harvey Oswald, Jack Ruby, at least one person high in the U.S. government, and no more than one or two others is believable, but a conspiracy to bring about one world government consisting of the entire membership of the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission, the staff of the Federal Reserve and World Bank, and the controlling interests of media corporations, big banks, and academia is not -- and yet even THAT pales beside what you're suggesting here.

The theory goes that it's impossible to keep such conspiracies a secret. The AGW con only proves that rule to be correct. The conspiracy has been exposed. Furthermore, this isn't a criminal conspiracy. It's just a bunch of tics on the ass of society who all have a common interest.

And no, common motivation is NOT sufficient. You are alleging coordinated dishonesty on a massive scale. And that's setting aside the fact that your understanding of the motivations of most scientists is completely and amazingly ignorant.

"Not sufficient" for what? People with a common motive tend to take the same kinds of actions. No conspiracy is needed. However, the emails show that the elite members of the Holy Church of Global Warming were all conspiring to destroy evidence, hide their data and suppress the publication of papers of skeptics. Is that how "scientists" behave? How could the evidence be more incriminating?

What I see in this whole "climategate" nonsense is a fallback position, resorted to after it was necessary to give up on "the earth isn't really warming," "humans aren't responsible for it," and "it will be good for us." The only consistent theme in the entire denialist symphony is the purpose of it all: to protect the profits of the fossil-fuel industry.

The one consistent theme from the warmists is the demand to vastly increase the scope of govenrment and vastly increase the rate of taxation. Strange how the people who benefit the most from such policies are precisely those pushing the warmist con.

Yeah, that's a cute meme you parrot. The fact remains however that the energy companies will do extremely well if any sort of carbon tax gets passed (that's why ENRON was in on the scam on the ground floor) but you're too blind to see that.

The ONLY people who suffer under a carbon tax scheme are the poor and middle class. The rest will profit quite handily. But once again you're too wrapped up in the cult to really dig into who benefits. Your masters thank you.

You are all wasting your time. There is no evidence of misbehavior by climate scientists that can ever cast any doubt on the evidence in favor of anthropogenic global warming. You are looking for the wrong KIND of evidence, evidence of the wrong THING. The only evidence that can disprove AGW would come from the climate itself, or from new discoveries that invalidate the physics behind the greenhouse effect.

I imagine that the alleged wrongdoing is blown way out of proportion (that would fit the profile from the last time this sort of thing was asserted), but that's not really the point; the point is that even if all the allegations are correct, that will STILL not do you any good.

[Not massive at all. Were you conversant with academia you would realise that a very small number of people control a very large proportion of the scientific journals out there. Especially in the climatology world.
