After the House gets through with its investigation, Dump will be charged with "treason".
The penalty for treason is death. It does not specify the method to kill but if I could select the method I would suggest tossing dump into the middle of the Atlantic ocean , soaked in cow blood. Ok, some fish parts too.

The FBI already did an investigation of all the people arrested on JAN 6. 95 % of them were not connected in any way and the other 5% were made up of some small militia groups. FBI found no coordination, so good luck with all that. It was mainly a crowd that got out of control and followed one another en mass.

As far as Trump goes, holding a protest over what he thought was fraud on the part of Democrats is not treason.

He and trump cooked up the January 6th insurrection attempt. Why aren't they in jail? I thought people that try to overthrow the government are breaking the law? Did I miss something?

Trump and associates collaborated on how to overthrow the 2020 election. They committed the act. Just because their attempt failed does not get them off the hook.

I do believe Trump committed treason, but I do not want him executed.

I would rather they confiscate all his holdings and sources of revenue and block any other forms of revenue. He should also be barred from any female congenial visits. He can live on his social security unless it can be shown that he never paid any SS taxes.

In any event, Congress should designate a twenty (20) by twenty (20) foot area under the George Washington Bridge as Trumps personal property where he can live out the rest of his disgusting life.
