Just goes to show you that if our economy is converted to purely electronic/digital, they will be able to totally control your funds. Late paying taxes? Commit a crime? Fail to make an alimony payment? Get a speeding ticket? No need to take you to court, they will go straight into your bank account and take any or all that they want.

And if we are attacked by an EMP or cyber-attack? Your money will be gone and you'll have access to shit.
