Does anyone have an awesome recipe for banana cake donuts..baked not fried? I have a great banana bread recipe but I think it might be a touch too heavy for doughnuts.

I can find some but they aren't banana cake recipes...they are lemon doughnuts...I'm not sure how baking would work out though

I tried these and they were ok. I really wanted something a little more banana taste. The nutmeg is a little overwhelming so if I make them again I'll drop that back to 1/8 rather than 1/4. Thanks again.

I also try many recipe in which banana is use. I run my own restaurants and like to cook different & unique variates which have great taste. I will post my own recipe of banana bake because i have some confusion, so first i will conform then tell you.

Well i made it tonight for the first time, to take to cousins for dinner and was nervous at trying a new recipe.
But it was perfectly amazing, i used a butter cheese icing and sprinkled walnuts on top. I have some icing
left over so hubby wants me, to make another cake tomorrow. It was so easy and tasty.
