Baltimore inmate impregnates four guards

WTF is going on in the Baltimore detention center? Not only did an inmate impregnate four guards but two of the guards went out and had tattoos done with his name. The (democrat) governor refuses to hold the commissioner of corrections responsible.

Apparently there is much more to the story. The inmate is a drug lord and the detention center is wide open for drugs. Somehow the inmate has manipulated the system and they haven't brought him to trial on attempted murder in four years. The fact that the governor is doing nothing and hoping for the scandal to go away is indicative of democrat party politics.

Make prison guards in male prisons female. What a GOOD idea! Whoever thought that one up?

He traded sex for drugs. It's obvious. Then the guards got welfare money for the whelps. Win win all the way around.
