Israel made some bad mistakes in treating the Palestinianswith peace offerings, land concessions & saving Palestinian lives in Israeli hospitals. Face sit, no Arab country ever treated Palestinians like Israel did. Hopefully now Israel will learn from king Husseisn how to establish a lasting peace from Palestinians.

Clearly the answer is to reoccupy Gaza and eliminate the Gaza terrorists.

I don't think you're making the great point you think you're making.

This wasn't an answer to my post, but I want to comment on this, not about the mosque though.

Palestinians have been living in gruesome conditions, many have been killed in the West Bank, many families have lost someone. Many people have been killed in air strikes on Gaza in the past. The conditions are horrific. Sometimes even children are used as shields by the IDF, and Palestinians are sometimes killed by settlers.

So they do not care what happens to Israeli citizens. It's the conditions which radicalize them.

Now what the Hamas terrorists did is horrible and gruesome with those people they captured and killed. Israel has every right to kill the Hamas members involved in the attack, and even bomb Iranian installations. Not to bomb residential areas of Tehran, but they won't anyway.

Israel will, however, hit Gaza really hard. The number of civilians is going to many, many times more than the number of Israelis killed. All the Palestinians are going to hate Israel because of this, and the children will grow up hating Israel because of what they have seen around them.

I can't see this changing anytime in this century. It's like a snake eating its own tail.
