Going to pick up a pressure cooker. Not a fancy electronic one, just an up to date stovetop unit. Been seeing a lot of good recipes as of late.
 
Bought an instant pot.
It's alright if you're in a hurry to cook something but find food lacks the flavor of traditionally cooked foods.
On the plus side I found that it's the only way to get fresh eggs to peel after hard boiling.

Wanna try pot roasts stews etc

While it'll cook em faster the end results are a little lacking in my mind.
Although going a little heavy on your spices does help alleviate that to a certain extent.
Like for say a beef roast,using beef broth for your liquids helps a lot.
