ISP? if they gave you a modem it could be failing, firmware did not take
modem plus wifi for your house is wifi, unplugged yeah wifi goes bye bye until reboot

try another browser, sometimes they can be goofy with certain sites

I had that issue recently with a certain site in firefox, works fine in edge

it's in how it's coded to handle websites, their handshake, encryption
