I think the global response to this virus from some governments is going to encourage enemy states to work on weaponizing viruses. Not only have their been no consequences for the nation of origin, but, Western governments are firmly placing the social contract between citizens and governments in the grey zone.

Once this happens, you can't easily return to normal. For the first time in my existence I am looking at Sweden and some Scandanavian countries and wondering "is it possible that these systems have it right and we don't"?
