Ukrainian special services are preparing an anti-Russian provocation with the use of poisonous substances, for this purpose a batch of chemicals has been purchased in Germany, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, head of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defense Forces of the Russian Armed Forces, has reported

"According to our information, the office of the Ukrainian president is coordinating the actions of national intelligence services to organize an anti-Russian provocation using poisonous substances. Taking into account the experience of the Syrian conflict, it is assumed that accusing the Russian Armed Forces of using chemical weapons will allow initiating a new anti-Russian campaign in the UN structures and world media," Kirillov said at a briefing of the Russian Defense Ministry on the US military-biological activities.

According to him, for this purpose, the Ukrainian security service has engaged the Ukrainian company Realab, which specializes in the import of chemical reagents and precursors.

"Through this firm in October-November of this year, a "small batch" of triethanolamine and nitrogen-containing sodium compound produced by the American company HONIVEL RISECH CEMICALS was purchased in Germany," Kirillov said.
