I agree with your basic premise but it is in no way guaranteed that "everyone will get covid". Some people will have natural T-cell immunity; their immune systems will recognize Covid-19 from exposures to other coronaviruses and fight it off. This is why it is thought, in part, that children under 10 do not get serious cases. They are often exposed to coronaviruses
