This doctor is 52 and takes fitness to another level. He is Stanford trained and believes in preventative fitness. I noticed he was doing a dead hang and I'd love to know his thoughts on that as they are great for developing upper body strength (pull-ups are better)
My takeaway is the two most important things (excluding diet, which is very important) is cardio fitness and strength training. You should be doing some form of both, cardio fitness can be walking, and strength training can be bodyweight exercises you do at home. Going above this level of training is more desirable.
