That is not true. According to the DOJ, 65-70% do show up. The figures can be even higher under circumstances so your claim is less than the truth.

Sorry, but I couldn't get past the stupidity of this very first sentence, which is already been proven to be false.
Mexico has already reported that this Caravan stormed their borders and force their way past Mexican police and the military, committing crimes in doing so.
You have to be completely stupid and / or a brainwashed liberal idiot to make such a comment with all the reports in the news, even by CNN, who have reported that they illegally forced their way into Mexico on the way north.

We have a national debt to pay before we can pay any more to warehouse the jailhouse of hardened criminals for which other governments do not wish to bear the expense. Their demands are quite unreasonable to use the court system for systematic pickpocketing of the American taxpayer. It's a crime against the common man in America to demand something for nothing when it's on the taxpayer to bail out every criminal government that ever impoverished its own, only to send them packing to be someone else's problem. We've already got our own neighborhoods of able-bodied pickpockets getting fat on welfare here we have to appease. We can't cancel the social security its instigators promised to the payees to dole out to people who did nothing except launch a shameful lawsuit against the taxpayers here. The people they need to sue are the craven politicians in the country they left, not the USA taxpayer.

Last time I looked, we were responsible for paying for our own children's educations, and one retiree's share of forced annual contributions to schools alone is over four thousand dollars for public schools who live in my county. This comes from one-third that person's pension, completely and thoroughly expropriated by local officials who have to make sure every child in this border state county learns to read and write. Another third of that same person's pension is removed to pay local upkeep and gifts to keep greedy-for-welfare-benefits of nonworkers of able-bodied people between the ages of 18 - retirement. It pays not to own any property, just collect and scream "racial foul" if anybody objects.
When you elect entitlement-oriented politicians to public office, they use access to what should be private information as their personal piggy bank to lure nonworkers into scamming people's life savings. If you divide $300,000 by the 30 years a retiree hopes to live after retiring, that's only $10,000 a year,. and less if the stock market crashes. So they look at the lump sum and decide that with social security, they're entitled to plunder money from the thrifty person who paid taxes on that nest egg money for every day of their adult life. And they tap the education people to support the atheist agenda to have zero mercy on anyone who was able to save money and earn interest on it (or not) by supporting investment in America through the stock market. Since the stock market can be a gamble, probably 20% of investors put money on stocks that bust, and they lose everything.
I guess I don't make any sense to someone who retires and completely depends on social security because of either bad luck or the bad decision to spend money on drugs, booze and cigarettes, and therefore had nothing to save at the end of the day for old age.
There's always someone at city hall snooping people's savings accounts so they can get their hands on and grab all the money from people who live in the area who did save money for their own use, and entitle the city, county or state to all they can grab. And if it's there they grab like the unfair cheaters that they become when they adopt the give-a-mint policy of usurping other taxpayer's money. It's a never-ending quest to get re-elected by expropriating their loyal opposition's supporters.

The lawsuit should be thrown out because of the people who have been on an entry waiting list to come to America for over ten years from other parts of the world.
I'm sorry the higher echelons of society to the south have an ambition to push out of their country people they despise and have no use for. I hope they rethink redistribution of wealth to these poor whom they have badly used. If they don't, we need to instigate programs to educate the people to care for themselves, send them back with their own savings accounts with which they can purchase themselves an adobe hacienda back home.
How dare they sue the people of the United States when they should be suing the corrupt political machine that screws them out of jobs with decent pay so a few already wealthy kingpins can be megabillionnaires off the near-free laborers they command to work hard for a tortilla or two per diem.
