So the States like California who charge a fortune & make training expensive & hard to do and whose BGC is like joining the FBI are wrong and the States that let you mail in your application for a small fee with minimal training requirements ( if any ) and have BGC that is easier than the BGC we do everytime in California to buy Ammo are wrong ?
