There were 3 secret service agents behind the doors/windows that the shooter crept up the side of out of their view to position or should I say insert himself because it is obvious he wasn't assigned or supposed to be on the front line in order to hide behind a corner and shoot. Notice none of the secret service shot and that no one knew even where the bullet came from when he fired.
