I haven't seen an annual GDP estimate for 2017 but by quarter it is around:
Q1 1.4%, Q2 3.1% Q3 3.0% Q4 3.2%.

Of course the numbers will increase it normally does during the waxing phase of a recovery until the negative aspect of a recession...Duh.....Is Trump to blame, yes and no....Economies take time to plan, build and implement at least two years from drawing board to operation......Trump did motivate folks feeling oppressed about the mandate on healthcare and he did reduce taxes for business which is what they have wanted for years..
