Well sure. But that won’t “destroy” us. That’s a great thing. The biggest expense consumers face is labor. Once labor is replaced by robots (that can work 24x7 without a break and are much faster), prices will plummet. Especially for things like housing. And eventually it will get to a point where the robots will do ALL work - and there will be no cost to anything. They already project that all medical care will be done by robots by 2050.

It isnt AI we have to worry about. I dont dispute the brilliance of these scientists warning about it but I do question their morality and motivation. They are all "Google socialists". They promulgate the same thing Marx did..free stuff and no work for humans leading to some kind revolution in human nature.
