Arrested migrants released back into the U.S.

Now what I wanted to post was a simple "Same as it ever was" but that wouldn't make this a valid post.

I noted many times that this is what happens and it seems in the end little changed. In the one big bust of the chicken factory this is what happened. People were processed and brought back to the workplace.

In a statement to NBC News, an ICE spokesperson acknowledged federal court cases limit ICE from detaining people indefinitely if their countries refuse to take them back, which can lead ICE to release them.

Some migrants arrested in Trump’s immigration crackdown have been released back into U.S.

You can't hold people for long over a misdemeanor arrest even if they had the space (which they don't). This is why cities released people in the past.
Easy solution: Make crossing over our border illegally more than a misdemeanor.

In the 90s GITMO held tens of thousands of refugees. Clinton did that. Did you whine then too?

This is an example of how people have been brainwashed. "If you don't support A then you must support B".

Like Trump I believe and have always believed that Clinton was a horrible excuse as a human being.

So you did whine about then? You would have preferred the government not enforce our laws and just let anyone in? I guess you America hating folks are consistent about some things. Good job.

I'm simply stating the facts of the issue. I want the government to enforce all laws, or no laws. Why do you hate America and support the non enforcement of our employment laws?

So due process for 30 million illegals should take what?

40 years?
better to put more troops on the border to repeal them or stop them from the other side of the border,,

OH WAIT,,
didnt mexico commit to putting 10K troops on the border,,

thats a big number,,

Reality sets in...

President Donald Trump’s mass deportation plan he promised during the campaign has not yet taken hold — but you wouldn’t know that from the White House PR campaign................

................And yet, the number of daily Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrests, trumpeted each day on X, are still about where they were at times under President Barack Obama. Many of those detained have no violent criminal history and thousands have been quietly released for lack of detention capacity. Drugs and illegal immigrants are still slipping across the border each day.

Catch and release!

Donald Trump's administration has used the "catch and release" program to free 461 undocumented immigrants from custody since he took office, partly because of limited detention space in U.S. immigration facilities, Axios has learned.

Why it matters: During his campaign Trump repeatedly criticized the Biden administration's use of "catch and release," and last month he set plans to end the practice.

Talk is easy.

Processed means.... Fingerprinted, face scanned and identified. Believe it or not that's just as important.

So, the "send the illegals back to Mexico" meme was just red meat for the Republican base, correct?
