Now what I wanted to post was a simple "Same as it ever was" but that wouldn't make this a valid post.

I noted many times that this is what happens and it seems in the end little changed. In the one big bust of the chicken factory this is what happened. People were processed and brought back to the workplace.

In a statement to NBC News, an ICE spokesperson acknowledged federal court cases limit ICE from detaining people indefinitely if their countries refuse to take them back, which can lead ICE to release them.

Some migrants arrested in Trump’s immigration crackdown have been released back into U.S.

You can't hold people for long over a misdemeanor arrest even if they had the space (which they don't). This is why cities released people in the past.

Congress can make illegal entry a felony

In addition, any country not cooperating will face the wraith of trump

Long past time to open Gitmo.

There aren't ten million people because most countries are taking their criminals back. Colombia is flying them back on their own planes.

They can. They could have long ago. They haven't.

But what would be the point? Where are you going to hold 10 million people?

LOL.
How many does Guantanamo Bay hold?

Just because NBC put the story out does not mean it's true and accurate.

"Some" can get a bond, that's not rocket science....Trump is deporting folks, bigly.

30,000 empty beds.

Hope they like the food. Probably not as good as what they were getting when they squatted in the luxury hotels.
