You see.....normal people who own guns are not using their legal guns to commit crime or violence. You had armed protestors show up to protest that idiot in New Mexico banning gun carrying.....and they didn't burn, loot or kill anyone, and they didn't even shoot anyone with all the guns they had.

The point that those on the left can't seem to grasp is that the problem is with screwed up ideologues, idiots, mentally ill and/or just evil people who commit terrible crimes with guns or bombs or SUVs or anything else. Those are the people we should be focused on and working to help law abiding Americans to protect themselves from them. Those who have participate in or promote or condone violence and/or destruction and/or disruption of normal society should be the ones watched, monitored, controlled when necessary.

Responsible, law abiding Americans with guns unconcealed or concealed on their person, with guns in their vehicles, with guns in their homes, even a gun in their hands are not the problem.

In New Mexico, the estimated number of legal gun owners is 46.2% of the state's population, yet the overwhelming majority of the gun owners in New Mexico or any other state aren't upset enough to take the time away from work, or whatever they are doing to physically show up and show their opposition.
