The audit found:

As many as 5,047 individuals voted in more than one county, for up to 5,295 additional votes.
393 voters cast ballots using incomplete names.
198 individuals who registered after the Oct. 15 deadline voted anyway.
2,861 voters shared a registration number with another voter.
282 votes appeared to be cast in the names of dead voters.
186 voters appeared to have duplicate voter IDs, both of which were presented at separate times.
Auditors also raised concerns about potential duplicate voters, with names and birth years appearing more than once on some ballots.
The audit found a total of 34,448 duplicate ballots cast by 17,126 unique voters. But Maricopa County reported no duplicate ballots in its canvass report.

I think it's fair to note that the audit results are disputed: (from the OP's link)

The Arizona report claims a number of shortcomings in election procedures and suggested the final tally still could not be relied upon. Several were challenged by election experts, while members of the Republican-led county Board of Supervisors, which oversees elections, disputed claims on Twitter.

“Unfortunately, the report is also littered with errors & faulty conclusions about how Maricopa County conducted the 2020 General Election,” county officials tweeted.

Election officials say that’s because the review team is biased, ignored the detailed vote-counting procedures in Arizona law and had no experience in the complex field of election audits.


So, nothing has been proved. BUT - IMHO this audit and the hundreds of allegations of wrong-doing or mistakes made across the country, especially in the swing states does raise the specter of election fraud or malfeasance, which I believe the state legislatures ought to be investigating on and making any changes to their election laws as appropriate. When so many people in poll after poll express doubts about the integrity and accuracy of our elections, it has to be checked out and addressed as necessary.
