I'm defining "good" as one where you do these daily:

eat multiple high quality meals
kiss a girl
listen to some type of music
read a research paper in a favorite subject
run a few miles
do something stupid and laugh about it
do something for someone who can never repay you
learn or hone some skill
create something new

I second this. Even though there are things about my life that I wish were different, I never forget that it could have most definitely been a whole lot worse.
