A bunch of us are having a discussion on if USMB is mostly conservatives/republicans or mostly Democrats/Liberals. Do you mind voting?

Being a conservative has absolutely nothing to do with being a Republican. Except for the fact that most Republicans identify as conservative. But they're not. Not even close.

This is what conservatives do. They love to say "I thought I told you I'm not a Republican?"

Well I didn't ask if you were. You could be a Libertarian, a Trumpster or a Reagan Republican or a Tea Bagger. I think you know if you lean left or right. Maybe other people can answer that for you. If they tell you you're a con will you vote con?

This is what conservatives do because it's the only thing we can do. We agree with most of what Republicans say. And even what some democrats say. But very seldom do we agree on WHAT they do.

When you got people like Mike Johnson, Mitch McConnell and Trump claiming to be conservatives, but do shit that the left is known for doing, what else can actual conservatives do? Try to distance them selves from those kind of Republicans. And when we do that, the RINO's & Trumpbots claim we lean left.

Pro Company
Anti Labor/Poor/Middle class
Racist Whites
Christians (or at least theists)
Homophobes
Gun nutters
Anti Government
Anti Regulations (without knowing the details)
Tax Breaks to the rich

These are the issues of the day in America. If those things don't make you a conservative, then I don't care about being a conservative. Perhaps being a conservative doesn't matter anymore. We can throw those words out. I'll just call you all Republicans. Oh yea, you won't cop to that either.

Arkansas has a huge GOP majority. But all our congressmen and senators have voted yes on every CR & every omnibus bill that's been voted on since they've been in office.
